What You’ll Do

- Calendar & deadlines — Manage scheduling, reminders, and time-sensitive tasks

- Case support — Assist with progressing matters through the legal lifecycle

- Team communication — Coordinate updates across attorneys, paralegals, and external contacts

- Document management — Maintain files, open and close matters, and ensure accuracy

- Trial prep — Aid in hearing and trial preparation

- General support — Address day-to-day administrative needs

What You Bring

- Legal Assistant experience — 3+ years of experience preferred, relevant to legal assistant jobs

- Education — Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred

- Communication — Strong written and verbal skills

- Microsoft Office — Proficient with Word, Outlook, and Excel

- Independence — Capable of working with limited oversight

- Detail orientation — High accuracy and organization

- Legal systems — Familiarity with practice management tools; ProLaw experience is a plus

- Schedule — Full-time, in-office, Monday–Friday
